Zombies, The - Remember You Lyrics

I remember your face
When I think of this place
When I'm thinking back
I'll remember
When I'm far, far away
I'll remember today
When I'm thinking back
I won't forget you

And if I should change my mind
And I do sometimes
You know I do sometimes
I'll come back to you

I'll remember that smile
In your eyes all the while
When I'm thinking back
I'll remember
Comes a day when I'm down
My thoughts turn around
To when I last saw you
I can't forget you

And if I should change my mind
And I do sometimes
You know I do sometimes
I'll come back to you

And if I should change my mind
And I do sometimes
You know I do sometimes
I'll come back to you

Remember, remember, remember, remember
Remember, remember, remember you

Zombies, The Remember You Comments
  1. P.... P....

The British Invasion was arguably the first wave of boy bands.

    P.... P....

There were quite a few girls who were part of the British Invasion as well. Who can forget Petula Clark, Dusty Springfield, Lulu, and a number of others.

    P.... P....

The real boy/girl bands were the Motown groups. Assembled vocal talents, with a factory production line of songwriting teams that pumped out song after song.

    P.... P....

@Degree7 i don't think they were really boy bands, but they were marketed as such. the first real boy band, like a band assembled by producers, teams of songwriters, was definitely the monkees

    P.... P....

BeatlesBootlegs9 well the Monkees were originally cast for a tv show, but they became a “real” band by playing all their instruments and writing their own songs. They were accomplished musicians and songwriters.

This is the best so far with the piano work that gives it fine quality. If they've been managed differently perhaps they've reach Their potential as singers. This is the proof that they possessed the talent as rock stars. But it can't be denied they were part of the British Invasion. This is a fabulous song with their unique sound.

  3. n.... w....

the perfect song not paid credit.

  4. F.... D....

This song should be more widely known as the classic it is.

    F.... D....

What if they only had the Beatles' resources of a huge record company and studio time and budget to do N takes of a song... What we hear is practically live in the studio with almost no overdubs.

    F.... D....

    Quite so.

  5. V.... O....

    The english doors .

    V.... O....

Or rather the other way around, since the Zombies started having hits at least two years before the Doors.

    V.... O....

The Zombies started a whole trend with a mopey, affected skinny singer backed by a mad keyboardist.

    V.... O....

yeah, more or less the more british invasion doors, or the doors were the more chaotic and phsyc zombies
