Edgar Slam I wouldn't say matty sounds generic
I mean, you probably think that because you're a fan of them since their first album, so you might be already addicted to justin's voice
I started to follow zebrahead exactly with matty's songs, and honestly, his voice is pretty different from today's other bands
justin was definetely a better and more prepared singer, but maaty gets close to it, I like to think that he sounds like a younger version of justin
since matty joined zebrahead, he is getting better and better, in their last album "walk the plank" you can actually get some feelings out of his voice, he does care about the song's lyrics
the thing that made matty sounds a bit bad in the past was that he was trying to sound like justin, but now he has his own style
