That band is just a Soundcloud gimmick - it sound like shit.

My only issue with Balou is that he burries the vocals so low in the mix(see:Nails "you will never be one of us").

And as for this album, after listening to the whole whole thing, this is the only song on the album where the vocals are mixed so low. Which leads me to believe that this was the one song that Kurt Ballou didn't work on haha. As for metal, black metal death metal thrash metal prog metal power metal and whatever they f*** metal you want to talk about, vocals generally aren't as low as they are in this song.

EDWARD VIRGILIO yeah, the vocals are quite low in the mix for sure. But in general music today can barely be heard over vocalists half the time and it's a shame, because there would be a lot of great shit with just a bit less vocals, or maybe a gas mask lol

OMS !!! *THIS IS ZEAL&ARDOR* !!! 🤘🤘🤘🤘 don’t get me wrong ... gravedigger’s chant liked too, but I missed Manuel’s screaming vocals, the heavy guitars with a sick tempo and the amazing bass of Mía rumbling all over the place.

It sounds like he's channelling Dani Filth from Cradle of Filth at times

The switch ups and general movement through sections in this song is sick af well produced well sang goddamn.

It sounds pretty nice to me! I mean, is heavy, is deep, and musical instruments are brutal, also vocals, offcourse, i think that its a good mix beetween genres without the use of synths.

The guitars sound a lot more crisp on this album, that might be helped by the input of Kurt Ballou. Devil Is Fine's guitars sounded kind of smothered in the mix and didn't feel as impactful as they do here.
