So YMAS think the night people album wasn't as good? Personally I think it was one of their best. Riff, rock, pop all into one. And they've only gone further with this album with proper legit styles and experimenting on what they have already done. And it's amazing. I always feel like YMAS have had so much scope to cover (heavier, popier, rock) and they only keep on doing that the more their careers continue. Long may it continue. Love every album they release. Always heartfelt with conviction and original and different styles. Keep it up lads!

I personally think it really enhances it, compared to a lot of music nowadays, the autotune effects are pretty subtle here and feel like a nice extra touch of colour and melody

Not massively fond of the last three songs off this album, this being the worst for me. Could easily have cut the album short and called it an EP or LP. I love the new direction this album has taken but the back end seems a bit basic and obvious for me. My favourite song so far is Pray for Me. The desperation in Josh’s voice is so haunting.

This sounds very reminiscent of Cavalier Youth, I’m really enjoying hearing the progression through the years that’s so prominent in this song.

Curious as to where you're hearing the Cavalier influence in this? I hear literally nothing resembling it in this; this song specifically is a very new sound for them IMO with heavy r&b/pop influences, whereas CY was more of an album of straight up alt rock songs
