Fraya Kenny there are official reports based on his accident in 1987..he had a severe brain trauma after a car crush which caused him a brain bleeding.. he was rushed to the hospital right soon after the accident happened.. He was put to the ICU and had been in a comma. Back in the day everyone thought this was at the end of his carreer after this tragedy.. doctors gave him a little possibility of a recovery.. But he proved them wrong when he wake up from the comma.. but the sad was that he had his right hand paralysed... I do not have much information on how he was getting a treatment but he had a full recovery from this also.. Everyone was shocked when Yngwie started playing.. after all.. The same Year he experienced the loss of his home in Sweeden due to an erthquacke.. His mother died after a while.. he also lost his brother.. After all the tragedies in his life he released the album Seventh sigh He proved every one wrong.. his case is a true miracle His will kept him alive and strong to move on.. We have to learn from this..and get stronger to fight our personal problems too.. He did the impossible we can too...
