Love this song, but what on earth is a hairy grill? Sounds disgusting.

Some brah was next to me in the gym with his phone cranked to some autotuned garbage while doing curls, so I took my headphones out and cranked this. I stood there motionless, then left when the song was done.

Such a great song. Made me wonder even more what was out there for a youngster in heartland America. Super fun.

@Georges Leger The Rising Sun of Death (Season 4, Episode 9) which guest starred Cary Hiroyuki Tagawa (a.k.a. Shang Tsung from the first Mortal Kombat movie) as Fujitsu the Japanese detective who was on the trail of the Yakuza.

I remember running around the house when I was in 6th grade back in 1986 with my grandmothers autistic guitar blaring this and mock playing that guitar lead. I thought I thought to myself. This is what I want to do with my life and I made it happen. Thank Yello!!

This tune shows, Yello can do it all. Going strong for 30 years. Check out Younger Brother's 2007 "The Last Days of Gravity" One of the few other electronica outfits to effectively use the surrealistic warping and stretching of their vocals ( which Yello did 30 years ago.) still a great album. 

Cracks me up to wonder how the two guys in the image of the video could come up with a song like this. lol

I absolutely love the blood curdling scream at 1:27. I also love the contrast between the soft whispering of the lyrics and the hard rock/heavy metal demeanor of the instruments. Very original and interesting!!! The energy of the song makes me want to run a thousand miles!!!

First heard this on Miami Vice during a really intense scene. Tough at that time to figure out songs on tv but along with the internet came the great ability to find music. Found it , loved it, still do. Great song - thanks for the post.

Actually Dieter is to the right ( black suit ) and Boris, to the left ( white suit ) is the one who usually makes the music. If this is so with this song I don´t know.

Story goes that Dieter Meier (left) made this in an increasingly angry mood in the 3 hours he had been waiting in the studio for Boris Blank (right) to show up. When Boris finally arrived, Dieter said nothing and just played him this song...
