Seriously. listen to this band sloed down by a quarter. They are SOOOO much better its insane.

This song has the greatest key modulations in history. I'd be willing to bet that was result of composing it with the guitar sample.

Todd Rundgren (producer) didn't want to put this song on "Skylarking" album.
But I like this song very much.

I believe it was because Andy made him replace "Dear God" with this song instead, they ended up both being released, but I understand Todd's frustration, would have been a shame if this was released alone instead.

A brilliant song but I would have felt extremely humiliated had I been the woman who was the subject of this song. She forgave him.. Not sure I would have!

Knickertwist Copperby He was telling her to stay away from him as he was married.

So many great XTC songs, but this is one of my favorites.
