Agreed. Back with Kill the Sun and Ravenheart they were something unique, something awesome and special. Nowadays they sound a lot like every other symphonic metal band out there...

Garlic King+ I've been saying that for years...the more these bands change the less I like them, they forget what made them unique and try to be Epica or Lacuna Coil (which in my opinion aren't really that good.) I still even remember when Gothic Metal was classy, reminds me of how old I actually am. :( Lately it seems everyone wants to be something they're not or just simply think that copying another band equals profit. Which is not always the case, Dianna has a pretty voice and a pretty look...nothing more, other than that she tries too hard to be Simone and Tarja so honestly I can't respect someone like that. As a great song said "your grace is wasted in your face." this is a text book example of that.

Labels are as moronic as trying to put a name to the whole of everything that makes you what you truly are; don't do it, not everything needs a fucking name.
