Manuela is the closest thing to Tarja Turunen, in this reality i mean:D although i must say, in 2018 i was at Epica's gig, and my god, Simone Simons is almost as good as Manuela and Tarja, she made such a long way, that's my girl:D

When Tarja's voice seems ethereal, Simone shines with sunrays, Manuela channels some cosmic frost from the very outskirts of the Solar system.

I think it's about a witch who's going to be drowned in a river.

For me it's about the sinful nature of mankind and that we are somehow beautiful despite all we've done in our past. We are broken and formed by the things we did and things that were done to us. We're not perfect and often we feel that struggle deep inside us. We want to be a better version of ourselves, but are stuck inside our own failures and that hurts. We feel guilty for who we are and we feel worthless sometimes. But we keep fighting. There's a special kind of beauty to broken things. I guess the song is about the beauty of the unperfect human soul. But I'm just taking a guess here.

Manuela could be taken for Nightwish rather than Floor. Manuela keeps her voice mor stable in higher tones.. She can perfectly sing songs from first albuns of Nightwish like Stargazers, Deep Silent Complete, Pharaoh Sails to Orion and others.. That would be a great idea.

@Epictemptation7 I heard Floor's live version and Tarja's live version (use google). Tarja was better in From Wishes To Eternity era, now she sounds weird.

No way. They're now even greater than before, as they have got "Dark Floor Jansen" (Dianne van Giersbergen) to substitute "Dark Tarja Turunen" (Manuela Kraller)!

Rip oO are you serious, they sound way more epic then with their first Singer. and Van Giersbergen is a great replacement for Manuela Kraller, more then worthy. I'd say

+Doctum Daemonium Pfffft... Diane loses no ground to Manuela, at all. In fact, I'd say her (Diane's) vocal range is slightly wider than Manuela's. Sure, Manu has more of a queen-ish vibe to her style, but Diane's Princess-type charm is lovable as well.
