i like the band(not as much as neck deep) and their songs are usually cleverly written but this one sounds a bit rushed if you will. regardless it’s got a good daytime feel to it and this is one of those songs you just blast when you wanna kick it hahaha

I'll be honest.. I'm only 40 seconds in but I liked WSTR because they held on to the pop punk revival sound and now it seems like they followed the story so far and neck deep by leaning heavily into the pop side. I came for punk with catchy choruses, not this year's shitty clone..

If you think this is generic and sounds like any other pop punk song, well TOO BAD. it's Pop Punk it's not supposed to be technical or anything. It is what it is. It's catchy, easy to play, stupid, repetitive and most importantly it is fun, both for the bands and the listeners. This song's awesome, great job WSTR 🤘😂🤘

elena burroughs definitely, no hate to Roam I enjoyed listening to I Dont Think I Live There Anymore and Piranha though, but I never thought these bands are gonna put out something different this quick.

@dudeofdouche its the same with boston manor theyve changed their style of music which i like some of the songs but not all. WSTR have stayed the same throughout. Even though roam have changed how they played it at their headliner was really good. Its so much better listening to it live.

honestly most of their stuff is fairly generic. they started as a neck deep rip off and ive yet to here anything that stands out particularly

@CptPappkamerad Exactly right.
Loved their ep and RGOI was by far the best album. Identity Crisis was of course different but i loved every track on that album.
This on the other hand feels slightly weird, specially Sammy's vocals.

It's brining back classic pop punk. I'm not complaining when pretty much every other pop punk band has gotten fucking depressing.
