I agree.. Stevie is an amazing person. I love Ray Charles Don't get me wrong.. but he's not trying to copy Ray at all.. he's paying homage to the guy who defied everyone by playing music when he was blind. I'm sure Stevie had no intention of trying to do that song better than Ray so.. ya know.. uncalled for.

Actually, Stevie has been blind since birth, as he was born prematurely. This meant that the blood vessels at the back of his eyes had not yet reached the front, and an aborted growth spurt caused the retinas to detach, making him blind.
I think a comment like that is utterly uncalled for and unacceptable.
