All the lyric websites say "and i dont feel violent" but i always thought it was "and i dont feel frightened" which makes more sense to me

sometimes lyric websites are wrong!! And there are cases where singers will sing different lyrics in some live performances so maybe the use of "violent" is due to that - but if u listen closely there is NO way he says 'violent', u clearly hear the r, and u cannot misinterpret the t in frightened for an 'l' :))) so don't worry it's more likely that he said frightened in the first place!!

softbun In my opinion, in the first chorus he definitely says violent, but on the second chorus I hear a "r". So I presume the second chorus says "frightened"
