Man I was in eighth grade when this came out. Great song by a great talent. Bobby was the man. This is real soul my friends. Some folks cant handle it. Its real and its raw. Just the way it should be. Great track.

I remember when Sam Cooke was murdered in LA and Bobbie hooked up with his wife, DJ's in Chicago wouldn't play his records! He took a lot of heat for that relationship which I think was unfair, after all Sam was a player and should have been at home. But as the greats do, Bobbie came back better than ever and rest is HISTORY, just saying......I have always listened to Bobbie and always will, his music is legend!!!
swamp5050 Sam taught the man EVERYTHING he knows. Bobby was disloyal for that. U never mess with the main lady, no matter the circumstances. Even the DJ's and record companies had more loyalty to Sam then Bobby did.

This song just gave me the answer I needed. I hate to do it to myself, but I haven't heard from her in long enough a time/so few times in that time, that this is how it all comes to an end. It sucks being single, but I can listen to silence by my damn self.
