This songs has a great meaning to me, perhaps it sounds a bit melancholic to some people. Everyone needs to know that when you're down, you want to externalize everything you feel, this song brings exactly that... I feel like listening to something I've written at those sad moments in my life when you wonder whether you give it up or rise up again...

For me this song has got the best guitar solo in it that I´ve ever come across. But that is just my personal preference of course. Not to mention the mind blowing lyrics.

Its decent but it would of been better with John Sykes at the helm then Ritchie Kotzen. Sounds like a soundgarden album which is good but I was expecting something different like it was presented on That Metal Show.

Saw this band in LA. One of the best rock n roll shows I've ever been to. If I had more cash I would of gone to see them the following evening as well. Great band! Great songs!

Saw them play this in acoustic at a record store. Sounded great but this version is just as good :)

portnoy´s not the best drummer of all  times, but his on top 10 , the number one with no doubt is collaiuta, besides dave weckl, there are great drummers too, like virgil and tony royster jr... but portnoy is a genious , no doubt... i respect him so much....

i thought at first portnoy made a mistake by leaving dream theater but now i find out about this and hear how great it is i can no longer think he made a mistake. this is awesome and its good to see hes doing something different that nobody saw coming thats so fucking good.

Much easier to listen to than Dream Theater. Don't get me wrong, I really enjoy Dream Theater. But the simplicity of this band and how they make it sound AMAZING really just makes me smile. I've been listening to this album almost non-stop. I love it. I'll definitely have to go check out a Winery Dogs show sometime soon. :)

You should really try to listen some other types of music than metal. Don't get me wrong, I listen to all types of metal and love Opeth, Dream Theater etc.
But man, this band is top notch quality!

I just had the discussion with someone about Rush. He said they were underrated. no, they are not. Everyone knows they are awesome. Ditto with Winery Dogs. They are all great and we all know it.

No one in that band is underrated bro, you on crack? Unless you're a yum yum that's been into bubblegum metal or today's garbage these guys are all well known. Sheehan has played for just about everyone, no one denies he's one of the best and Portnoy, who doesn't know about his great work with DT? Kotzen, every guitar magazine has featured him over a handful of times.
