Relaxation for me was sitting quiet and comfortably, dimming the lights and sipping my favorite herbal tea while categorizing my worries in the order of importance. Relaxation was something I hoped for but never really achieved. I worry in my sleep and the evidence is apparent by my snoring, tossing and turning and ultimately with me now having to wear a CPAP device that's being monitored by the hospital (just in case). I can and do really put forth an honest effort to live relaxed. I relax on purpose and with purpose. I listen to music, write, and take pampered baths, what that looks like is candles, lavender essential oils in my water, my homemade body scrub and meditation music. Meditation helps me to gain higher levels of mental nothingness. I relax, while waiting for nothing. I could never focus before because my mind wouldn't mind me! There is power in words and words have energy and vibrations. There truly is power in the tongue. I had practiced this before but I wasn't feeling the power and truth of my words. I was speaking positive words but giving off a negative energy and vibration. I write to remember. I challenge myself to acknowledge my darkness and deal in it but not dwell in it. It's irresponsible for me to consistently and purposely live a life of self-sabotage, whether out of fear or habit. I must shatter the paradigm of false limits therefore implementing healing. When something is repeated for so long, good or bad, wrong or right, it becomes a fundamental truth. I grew up hearing....."practice makes perfect." That's incorrect because if I practice something incorrectly that isn't perfect. Practice doesn't make perfect, it makes permanent. Remember this saying...I want a relationship that is 50/50? Well NOT ME, I want a relationship that's 100/100.

I remember this song as the first one I realized that Paul Jackson Jr.'s guitar work was on display, way back in 1990...The same guy was on the 60th Motown Anniversary last night with Smokey Robinson, doing a medley of Smokey's songs like 'My Girl' and others. Other guitar players, gospel or not (I am pretty much gospel) will hear about him if I have anything to do with it.

yes I o u me he has saved my son and my mother they both were allowed to walk away from horrible car accidents....my momma ran into a brick wall head first thru the windshield my aunt was driving I was 17 then and my son car ran out of gas on freeway he was trying to push it to the side when he saw a svu flying towards him he jumped in the car grabbed steering wheel tucked his head in impact threw him to the passenger side car was crumbled like paper only passenger side was left in December 2015 my son only had a few broken ribs and cracked vertebraes in his middle and lower back he was up walking the very next day he is now jus being released to go back to work he can't lift like he used too just yet he has restrictions BT still God is so great and I get to b so blessed angles watching over us I'm so grateful I am in awe with the ways the Lord has saved me and mines when I think about it it all brings me to my knees takes my breath away I thank God for Jesus everyday

It in 1987, I was serving in the US ARMY at FORT RILEY, Kansas Mo. I lived in Junction City off base.  I was responsible for many soldiers. I was a Sergeant among Sergeant. Smart and a Fighter seeking to make my way in life, I was 30years old. I was a SINNER among Sinners. I like buying cassettes and albums. One night after work I went and brought a bottle of wine and some new music. I was sitting on the balcony of an apartment building where my child's mother lived. I was ready to get drunk and have fun. I was ready to take pleasure in sin. I began to drink the wine. I could feel the affects of the wine making me feel good. THEN, It happened, I played this new cassette not knowing it was Christian Music. This song I KNOW I OU Me, made me cry like a BABY. GOD The HOLY SPIRIT was minister to me. I cried and I cried over and over. Now 30 years later, it came to me again on Friday at work. I sitting at my desk and this voice kept flowing in my spirit. I am mediating on the word of God to Preach this Sunday 2/19/2017 "Faith That Marvels God" Luke 7:9. It is the saving Grace through Faith that Jesus Christ is the Son of the True and Living God my Heavenly Father. I Know IO Him Me.  No longing a Sinner, I am Saved.
