Genius.

Just a master composer and a total hit writer. Any of Brian's songs can easily be hits. Any. Really only the Beatles rivalled him in that. And Brian just goes on and on.

Brilliant - over - produced album...

I can understand Mike's desire to be credited and financially rewarded for his contributions to the writing of all those songs he co-wrote or wrote. BUT! Bottom line (?) Would there even be a BEACH BOYS w/o Brian? Obviously the judge who ruled in Mike's favor had never read anything about the BEACH BOYS or he would have given the title to Brian.

At 2:17, that "ahhh.... leave her alone" major/minor part drills a hole in my heart. Gorgeous. Could be its own song.

When he flattens that 3rd, it's pretty awesome.
