Well come on, I love those albums, but every album is amazing, so if alt country isn't really your jam, those are the easy choice for worst.

Sorry, but I disagree on "Being There." That album has some of the most memorable melodies of any of their albums. And it was the album that signified the start of their transition from true alt-country to experimental alternative. One of the discs is fairly mezzo, but the other is packed with great songs.

Oh, I love it, too - and Wilco's "throwaways" are brilliant, too - to clarify, I just mean that I can see why they didn't add it to the album, structurally, etc.

nope, "Being There" is easily their worst. But like you said, its all subjective and Ive not heard a Wilco song i didnt like, just like some more than others.

love Wilco, but this is pretty mediocre. This should stay a b-side. "Let's Not Get Carried Away" should of made Wilco (the album), which besides AM, is their worst record. Still, none of them are bad at all.

Love this interpretation. It's kind of like real love, where you can get so frustrated by somebody one minute and then be sorry and still in love the next.

About the whole "I want you in my arms everyday" lyric at the end, I kind of have to disagree. I think it's still in the guy's voice, and he's admitting that he's being stupid and he's sorry. He just wants to stop fighting and be in love again.

Wilco and Steely Dan are my two favorite bands. I have noticed in the past the newer Wilco stuff is very steely Danish.. I even thought to myself once "How cool would it be to hear Wilco cover my old school". Hah, I guess I'm not the only one who noticed.

Why dont they just put everything on the album? I dont think anyone would say "Hey, WTF with this extra song!!"
