Just a tip... If you're adding the sugar for some sweetness definitely consider adding a teaspoon of honey instead as sugar gives a lot of issues but honey doesn't spike blood sugar levels the same way also it has some really good benefits and is well known in Ayurvedic medicine. Sugar just messes up the system in my experience :)
