This song is honestly super underrated

Been listening to Weezer again with the release of The End of the Game single from Van Weezer, and I just wanted to say that Weekend Woman has had such staying power that it's unlike any other song I've ever heard from them or even anyone else. It's been almost 2 years since I first heard this song and I am STILL learning to enjoy this song more each time I listen to it. This might actually be in my top 10 Weezer songs of all-time. If this keeps up in another year it might even be in my top 5!

Shouldve been burnin sun

I was stubborn with this album and didn’t give it much of a chance at first, but going back to it I’m really enjoying it! I just couldn’t separate it from my expectations coming from the white album, and it’s still not quite as good, but it’s still very enjoyable.

Not bad but it's not Weezer, any pop-rock group could have made that album.

I love this track so much. It's better polished than burning sun. But anyone else just love the rawness in burning sun a little more?

I feel like I’ve commented on this video before but oh well I’m here again. I have no idea what to think of this. I don’t like pop music. I mean I know Weezer has been poppish before and I haven’t been bothered because I just love this band but I don’t know if I like this song. Maybe it’s just too chill for me? I don’t know I love loud music and I liked the grittiness of blue and the personal lyrics of Pinkerton. But at the same time, I like how catchy photograph and troublemaker are. But this? I’m not sure. I support Rivers in everything he does and just as long as he’s happy with his material, as well as the rest of the band, then I’ll be content. I’d be tired too if all my fans were harping on me to create another Blue or Pinkerton. I just don’t want them to forget about their more alternative based audience. Sure it’s nice to get recognition from the charts and exposure to new audiences but the loyal Weezer fans are what keep it going though. But like I said, just as long as Weezer is happy with this music and are ultimately enthusiastic about their creations, I’ll keep this in my back pocket.

I personally didn't enjoy the album that much (I'm not hating on them for trying new things in fact I commend them for doing so haha the songs just didn't click with me). BUT this song is definitely in one of my all time favourite weezer songs. Sounds so amazing 😊

This really has a classic 60s vibe. Listen to that bridge! This is the REAL Beach Boys/Monkees tribute here. This one should have been called Beach Boys, not the Raditra Know​ with that name. After the Black Album/Radi2de album comes out, I hope they go back to this vibe and maybe co write with Brian Wilson and Jeff Lynne (we can dream).

This album was awesome, just a fun pop album after the white album. 3 great albums in a row. I hope black album is Rivers finally releasing songs from the black hole, what perfect closure that would be for their journey.
