I love comments like this. Nobody is hating at all. Being disapointed is a completely different thing. None of Webby's song are bad but we were hoping he'd step up big with this mixtape and in my opinion (and many others) he did not. Telling people to come up with something better is childish and makes you sound ridiculous.

His beats aren't the same because they can't be copyrighted samples like most of the songs on his mixtapes his styles changed but that's because he's changed him and his music are maturing and it sounds different from before just get over it and accept he still spits mad bars

I think that homegrown was a "rushed" album cuz it has little songs and he used simple rhymes with little refences, I still support him as a fan but he needs to go back to his roots, put more emotion into his raps and use a shit load of allusions(references) 

People are so torn up over him changing his style a little... just because its different from his old shit doesn't make it bad in any way, accept change, still dope as shit

What happened to webby? He usually spits mad bars over head turning beats, not a mediocre flow on pianist beats. I still love his music but this album is a slight disappointment for me. I was hype, but then I heard is new album that I kinda got mad. Not sure what to think because I'm used to Webby having a crazy flow. I will continue to support all of his music but this album compared to his free verses isn't that great. he should have just made all of his free verses album. Much love to the ninja himself but I'm disappointed. Butterfly was better than most of this s***
