When suicide comes up in conversation I’m clueless and lucky to be, but this song moves me and gives me a glimpse into what something like that could be like and simply from hearing this song I have been able to help some friends. Over a year ago, my best friend’s little brother committed suicide. It was SO hard. This song really hit me because I’ve been through something like this. It’s so hard when someone you love is struggling, and what’s scary is when you don’t know they are. We knew my best friend’s little brother had issues, but we NEVER imagined this happening, not ever. It’s hard knowing he’s gone since we grew up together. He was 15. I’m 20, and my best friend is 18, and so much has changed since then. If you feel helpless, reach out cause there ARE people who love you and want to help you! God loves you and died for you, to save us from our problems. If anyone needs someone to talk to, I’m here too. Feel free!
