I saw them Tuesday 9-13. If you guys are seeing them live, you are seriously going to a really good concert. They get better everytime I see them. And plus Of Mice And Men are with them :D :D

If you don't want to listen to those sort of vocals, don't listen to WCAR. Many people (the majority infact), would much rather not listen to unclean vocals, yet they don't receive that sort of hate.
These guys have musical talent. Whatever effects are put on Kyle's voice are just that, effects. Hardly different to EQ, Compression, Reverb or limiting. It makes a specific sound that they like to have in their music.

Just because WCAR doesn't quite fit in the metal sub-genre as most bands on Nuclear Blast, doesn't mean they aren't good. WCAR is one of my favourite bands! If only they would come to South Africa!

Cliche and predictable modern / melodic metalcore / post-hardcore.

Not my type of metal, but not a bad song. Deserves more likes. Just because the lyrics are a little questionable doesn't mean it deserves all the bad rep it's getting.

@iop4lyfe see i agree that they have a ton of potential. i also agree this album is mixed badly, guitars all the way down in volume, its all drums and vocals (and im a drummer i still think their up to high). But if their guitarists got considerably better and actually started constructing some riffs id probably really like this band,

nuclear blast has a large collection of quality bands surprisingly, my only issue with this song is it is very simplistic in the lyrics, lacking in the poet draw, but the sound is incredible (yes, good lyrics, I just prefer slightly more poetic in styling)

WCAR has so much potential but they need to get a different producer/label quickly or they are gonna fall too fast to get up

I really like screaming vocals, but not the clean ones.

It sounds alright. I don't get why people are crying that this isn't real Metal and it's killing real Metal etc. Sure this isn't the "real Metal" that we are all use to like Slayer, Pantera, Cannibal Corpse etc etc but this isn't replacing the good old Metal bands and more traditional Metal. Just think of it as bringing more people into the Metal genre as a whole.
