Waylon's best album was "Just to Satisfy You" from 1969. It's got so many good songs on it like this one. Brilliant production by Chet Atkins, Waylon on top of his game, and even some duets with Anita Carter. Another one I really love from side 2 is "I Lost Me".
DUDE so much agreement. My mama had that album and for years and years it was my fave. Still is. ANd i don't think its been rereleased- could be wrong- but his version of "Lonely Weekends" on there with that wha-what guitar just blows my mind. And "Just to Satisfy You"....damn. Just so good. SO GOOD. Waylon is FOREVER!
