Seen him approx a year or so ago and he sounded as good as he did in the 70's I couldn't believe it. Waited in line an hour after the concert to get his CD signed and tell him so.

I remember, in the late 80s, taking my lunch and a radio into the break room at work and listening to solid country music... and this song playing one day... co worker came in and said my music was weird. I miss the radio playing good music.

Didn't realize this was a G.W. song. I remember very well when it was a popular Country song. I can remember, when things were really "crazy" at work that sometimes we'd sing this song....I THINK it helped!

Fond memories from my childhood!

I was 5yrs. and I remember my dad playing the record on our stereo. It was a piece of furniture. It was one of those with the 8-track, record player and radio all in one. Thanks.

David Kidd lol!!!! I guess I wasn't the only one. Counsel stereo unit, solid maple, record player, 8 track, fold down cover on top. Gene Watson, haggard, George Jones, Freddie Hart, Charlie pride. Every Sunday, all day. I was in my teens and so tired from being out all night but was up for breakfast and the tunes. That was the rule. Lol!

i have it on 8 track still and so much more also records but i live that life lol never had or know how to use a cell phone just did not want to give that stuff up i guess except for this laptop thing blame my wife haha
