I could not for the life of me figure this song out. So many unanswered questions... Then I finally got to the chapter of How to Ruin Everything on the subject of epilepsy, and have no questions left at all. Every single essay in that book resolves countless sources of confusion for those of us who know way too much* of George's discography and pay way too much* attention to every line. [* "too much" here means an appropriate, sufficient amount, and much more than is typical]

Everything about this song is fantastic. It has that 60-70's distortion effect and I really think that it does wonders for the composition and general sound of this song. 10/10.

this song should really be called 'seizure boy part two' bc the song is about epilepsy medicine (i think?) the only reason i know is because i have a good friend with epilepsy and she has to take medicine every day and the side effects for that shit pretty much ruin her psyche, but if she doesn't take the medicine she could die. i originally thought the song was about taking hard drugs to the point of addiction, then i was like, "A. Watsky is epileptic and B. this is the guy who sung about death and sucking dick on the same album" i hope this theory is okay.
