I've never understood the music "purist" mindset. So many bands have had members die, move on to solo careers, or just straight up disappear into obscurity. The name is just a name. It's a matter of who owns the rights to the name. If you buy a quality business, with a great reputation and long standing customer base, do you change the name & branding just because you can? Or do you keep the base coming in to what they know? Musically, this is Warrant. Catchy, sing along lyrics as always. Solid beats. A good vocalist. What's the issue? When you bought Jani's solo/side project stuff, did you "eeww, that's not Warrant!" C'mon! It's music. Learn to enjoy it for what it is!

Hey guys I am the official cherry pie guy other than Jani Lane.  I know they hate hearing this as much as I hate saying it.  I'm Not excited man.  Its like when you hit a movie on Netflix and in the first few minutes you know....hey...this shit;s wasting my time.  Better yet you go to a movie and it doesn't grab you right from the start.  I love Warrant.  They're great musicians but I'm stoked that after so many attempts it seems they still haven't gotten it right.  Was Warrant REALLY  that good because of Jani Lane's songwriting skills in those days? Answer: At this point in time YES.  This is blow-over music again or whatever it's trying to be.    I'm not gonna say throw in the towel, but, damn I'm confused.  Does the singer want to emulate Jan Lane or write his own stuff?  Yeah he's a good singer.  I like him personally, but NOBODY MY FRIENDS< OUT THERE ARE FUCKIN JANI LANE!! PERIOD. I'm buzzed over and out.

Just got the CD in the post and wow, it's brilliant. Have to say Mason sounds fantastic here. Great to see they'd guys keeping this particular brand of rock alive

Robert is still the king of rock vocals. Easily one of the most versatile singers around today. i have really liked all the tracks i have heard from this album so far. good straight ahead rock with killer vocals. I have seen these guys live twice and Mason kills it live. Some of the best concerts i've seen. Thanks Warrant for the new record, and keep it going!!

So far this is my favorite from the new album to hit YouTube. It's not GREAT like Life's A Song, Found Forever, or Dusty's Revenge. But it's ok. Hoping for a gem or two on the new disc but... we'll see.

Pretty good. People want the past and then complain when they get it from a band, they also complain when an old band tries to stay the same from 30yrs ago. If you want nostalgia go listen to your old albums! Get a grip and enjoy old bands playing new music! It keeps it alive!

I'm digging the whole album so far. Does it sound like Warrant from 1988? No I wouldn't expect it to with Jani Lane at the helm. Musicians need to grow and expand their sound. Not rehash the same thing over and over again. Fact is Jani is dead and the other 4 guys who made it are in the band. It's melodic it's catchy, it's grown with the times. Robert Mason is an incredible singer and fills the late Jani Lane's shoes rather well. I say bring it on

Mason is the death of warrant. No talent. Cant sing, and the rest of the band is in a coma. This is a disgrace.
I understand them "trying" to move forward after Janie's death.....but this is fake plastic commercialized conception of what some record producers THINK hair band music should sound like.....and the singer is TONE DEAF! And cant carry a note to save his life!
