First time I heard this song I was on a ski resort. I was working there doing the late shift until midnight, we had a massive snow storm and we had to spend the night at the hotel. The Disco pub was for the rest of the employees, no costumers, drinking and listening music and then I heard this song meantime the snow was falling and falling. I can guarantee that this song blew my mind until today... MASTERPIECE! :)

This was the first song I ever listened of these guys... it was on the radio on a sunday afternoon here in México. I was with my dad and sister in the car, I was in the backseat. I remember I had my headphones on listening to another thing, but then I heard this and turned them off. It was perfect. Then I started searching for more of their stuff and find out "A deeper understanding" and it changed my life.

The best part about a song, or music in general, is that when you find a band that really resonates with your soul you can keep their music for the rest of your life. That's the gift The War On Drugs gave me.

I remember hearing this first when i was in the car, riding home with my family. We went ice skating, it wasn't really my thing so me and my stephdad went to drink hot choclate milk at a café. This band is going down as one of the greats. This kind of music is happening all while the Billboard top 100 has almost zero actual bands and the music is hyper souless. Maybe people can find their way back.
