I wish they weren't broken up.
I listened to C'mon C'mon for years now not really caring about the band but always intrigued by "get up and go" beat of the song. just started listening to all their other music and I am amazed. When bands like these arent famous it makes me very sad because bad music gets to roam free in the media well a great bunch like these guys stay idle.
I was hoping he was saying, "We are the spock." That wouldve been sort of cool.
The lead singer is known as "the guy that Jack White beat up" . The White Stripes and The Von Bondies were good friends but since that altercation, it semms like The Von Bondies lost popularity and The White Stripes sky rocketed. Its a shame because they're a good band, but I guess you have to pay the price for your actions somehow.

It's better a band you enjoy is not popular...less of a chance of them selling out and you can see more intimate and less costly live shows.
