The break is amazing... like all the break of Angel Rat. It's very Dream-Theater like.
I didn't like it too much at first, but it became one of my favorite of the band with The Outters limits and Nothingface.
This music is only for the chosen ones.

+TackyRackyComixNEO Nothingface is a fan favourite, but keep in mind most of voivod's music is not like this! To go from angel rat into the rest of voivod's work it is recommended to go to The Outer Limits before Nothingface.
The Outer Limits and this album are their two more accessible ones

@orionblack I see the artwork as so bad that it's good. Nothing really fits in the picture - sort of like they were all just photoshopped in - but it gives it a nice surreal feeling.
The one thing i never see any mention of is Away's artwork.I think the cover for this album captures all concepts intended for this album.His crasy style has been a great influence over what I draw to this day......I can never get those spikey things down like he does tho xD..

Blacky did play on this album, but left right after this album was recorded. He didn't appear in the official videos or play on the Angel Rat tour.

@tonytull I thought they changed bass players on this one (same guy on Outer Limits?).
I love the intro,and Piggy's spaced out guitar sound! What a genius he was. Too bad it was the last album with all 4 original members.
