I was at Glastonbury festival in 2016 when Coldplay played tribute to Viola Beach. They played this video while singing the song. Was a beautiful way to remember them <3

What I love best about these BBC sessions, is Viola Beach was on their game. They are all solid and right in pocket. These are great performances to remember their unique and fantastic sound. I always come back to this song if I want to do a little head-banging, corny lip-syncing and play some air-guitar to lift my spirits. It's an incredibly fun, summery song, and an absolute banger. That being said, it is so very bittersweet. One can't help but think of the lost potential, alternate realities, and the very numbing fact that this band and their music only really survive through these precious few performances they gave us before their very untimely end. :/

But, being such an exciting and energetic song, I think it's a great reminder to live life to your absolute fullest every day and revel in all of the glorious opportunities before you whenever possible.

I experienced Coldplay play this at Glastonbury and my god it was amazing! RIP guys!

The manager/driver must have been suicidal there's no other explanation! Looking at the video they weren't going fast, the stopped cars can be seen which they had to change lanes to pass. The lights alerting oncomers to the bridge can be seen flashing clearly, they crashed through a barrier 100m before the bridge, then a 2nd barrier 30m away before hitting the bridge. Too many chances to stop if it wasn't an accident or a mechanical issue. He slowed down when coming up to the 1st barrier then accelerated to crash through it indicating that he saw what was in front of him and sped up to make sure the crash barrier didn't stop him.

 What a motherfucking cunt of a tragedy, if only there were cars stopped in both lanes before they got there.

I'm gonna put my favourite porn on "twins fisting each other" turn the volume down (Russian anyway), play this song in place of the volume, cover my dogs head with a blanket and have a wank in tribute to these fine men. Maybe shed a tear or two in the process!

Thanks to Coldplay whom I am a big fan of for letting me know about this awesome band. I am now a big fan of Viola Beach's music. Very strange how the accident happened. I hope it wasn't due to mere impatience and speeding. Won't bring them back if we did know why. So sad when young lives are taken. Now in Heaven. RIP Kris, River, Jack, Tomas, and manager Craig. I will keep their memory alive by listening to their awesome music.

MY GOD!!!! what a tragic mishap. My heart goes out to their families and friends. May god watch over you. RIP LADS!!!!!!
