I got the pleasure of meeting Vince Gill when I was in 6th grade when he made this video outside of Amarillo,Tx. My sister-in-law worked at the gas station and they had a big dinner for him and his crew. I remember it like it was yesterday, he was so sweet to give me his autograph and let me take a picture with him. His voice is one of a kind! Nobody could ever fill his shoes!

Our beautiful Papa passed away this last Christmas time and he requested we play “Go Rest on That High Mountain “ so we put together a nice slide show of pictures of him with family and friends, and played that special song and it was perfect👌🏼!
