Not too bad but, there is No piano or other alternative during the outdo...that part alone really adds a dimension the original has in the mix that brings the rockin experience to an end. Not on this one though..

I don't understand what everyone is complaining about lol. This is the only cover that I found that actually sounds good to me, even the original wasn't very good lmao. "You want it all, but you can't have it! It's in your face, but you can't grab it!" The chorus and maybe the instrumentals are the only good things in this song. The original verses literally hurt my ears, and I couldn't even understand what he was saying.

I'm a simple music-lover. If the sound hits me right, I love it. And this song delivered just like the original did.

Really liked that middle section, good harmonies. It was a bit more direct than the chorus, less sort of "airy" feel which I didn't enjoy as much

This isn't bad. I don't understand why people are complaining. Like the actual hell? The Veer Union is a great band who wanted to try something new, and did it well. So what they changed like a line? How important was it? FNM probably was with them and approved it. With a society that does Vocal and beat more, this weaker style of guitar is the normal. Don't hate if you don't know the modern way to get popular. Keep going TVU, looking forward to listening to more :)

I don't believe FNM was with them to approve of this, they hate nu metal even though they helped pioneer it and don't give me the excuse that it is ok to have weaker style guitar, there are plenty of bands still making it and not over processing their sound.. Also that line has been a part of that song since 1989, other bands have covered this song and have never changed the lyrics... Also making music is not about getting popular, it is about making the music, if people love the music they will buy it, this band has fans so that is no excuse for rubbish production.

You or I could go into making music and be heavily pressed between making what we love or going mainstream to get popular, and keep our record company from dropping us. Sure this was mainly a dud, but never know. Like video games, things CAN and WILL be rushed to make that time.

No wheels were reinvented while recording this song. It sounds like Epic done with a lot of different, already overdone metal stuff. It's not terrible or anything, it is well produced, but I dunno. It doesn't bring anything new and it doesn't improve on the old. I'd love to do some FNM covers and I'd be happy with this result for myself. But from an outsider's perspective, it's not something I'd release as a single.

Never heard of Faith No More. I checked out the original version of this song and the cover is wayy better by far. The original isnt bad but i like heavier music so i lean toward this one
