Basically, the girl is there and she has alot on her mind or alot of demons, and if she needs somebody to talk to, he's saying he'll be there, and that he's in love with her and he wants to tell the world, and that if she ever needs to put her mind at ease, just come to him and she can talk about it and he'll comfort her. :) That's what I think it's about at least.

And at the beginning I thought, no I dont think I like that.. and not gonna lie i said that they were just like other (boy-)bands.
