Uriah Heep - Easy Livin' Lyrics

This is a thing I've never known before
It's called easy livin'
This is a place I've never seen before
And I've been forgiven

Easy livin' and I've been forgiven
Since you've taken your place in my heart

Somewhere along the lonely road I had tried to find ya
Day after day on the windy road I had walked behind ya

Easy livin and I've been forgiven
Since you've taken your place in my heart

Waiting, watching
Wishing my whole life away
Dreaming, thinking
Ready for my happy day
And some easy livin'!

Somewhere along the lonely road I had tried to find you
Day after day on the windy road I had walked behind you

Easy livin' and I've been forgiven
Since you've taken your place in my heart
Easy livin' and I've been forgiven
Since you've taken your place in my heart

  15. Mi Amigo

the best way to listen to this song is with quality headphones on, then you hear that deep warm bass sound of seventies amplifiers.

    Bon Scott

Less extreme about body weight and shape. Mini skirts. Loved it. Jeans. Hair more natural.

    George James Wilson

    @Bon Scott Exactly!

  27. Human 101

What a sound that enters your soul, if you're on the road in the middle of nowhere after midnight and this comes on the radio you'll turn it up for sure but be careful this could take over make you drive off into oblivion

I remember when this was released. Hard for women to dance to this type of rock. They could dance to funk n soul, n that disco stuff. This band was is good, for me, just not Heavy enough. But back then, they were thought to be. Like I said, good band.

  31. opensourcecurrency

What I love is it's not too much glam, not too much metal. Dance-able hard rock...but not cheesy like the late 70's...

  32. V. Vking

I remember seeing them in concert back in the early 70's with a group of friends. I saw a LOT of great bands back in the day.
