Hexecutable Dallas Taylor was ahead of his time. You see a lot of bands try and replicate his sound such as “knocked loose”

Their best to this day.

This is just what happens in reality. You think it will be some kind of movie when in reality you are just left alone in your apartment or house with those flickering lights and dreams of yesterday. Anyway, I just love how upbeat the song starts and almost at the end becomes so intense. This album is just ok as a whole for me but it has some good tunes.

asdf uhhhh the song is about the vocalist and his gf who were in a freak car accident and he lived but she died. He was the driver and she was his passenger. Her memory made him the man he is now but he still suffers from her death. FYI

It could be that the only comfort he can see is heaven or it could be that he's asking God to take control of his life and become the reason that he lives ("God take me") because he hates the person he's become.

He hates who he's become, you know how like the feeling comes every once in awhile. The loneliness that eats at you, after something like heartbreak or losing somebody or just being alone. I guess god is the only thing he could've shouted for comfort I guess?

For me, this album's rawness and pain are what really keep me coming back. I grew up with this album. I was about 11ish when I first started listening to this. I'm now 17 and absolutely love this album, this song especially. It's helped me through a lot of angst over the years. This whole album has.. It reminds me of everything at better times. Times with family, just crystalline moments that I refuse to let go. This is music. This much meaning should be put into all music.
