Ultravox - Live Lyrics
Oh
Oh
Oh-oo
Time will find a way
Present an empty day
A canvas for your words
To paint the things you see
A chapter still to come
Don't you know that every picture holds a story?
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Soon to find your road to everything
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Oh
Oh-oo
I've seen it all before
The emptiness and empty heart
Bewildered and unsure
One moment, and it's gone
Release and set you free
To cast away your ties
To radiate and shine to light your path to glory
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Soon to find your road to everything
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Time will find a way
I've seen it all before
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Soon to find your road to everything
Don't you know you'll learn to live again?
Oh
Oh
Oh
Oh
Oh
Oh
Oh

Ultravox Live Comments
What a band what a album timeless synth even in 2020 and I had no idea Billie played the violin. What a concert.
The talent in this band is mega and Warren Canns drumming is awesome
Astradyne is a masterpiece and I was thrilled when it opened the concert in Bournemouth!!❤️👍
it was embarrassing then, it's twice as embarrassing now
That guitar sound! Oh! And to all those naysayers.... not used to the ebb and flow of music being played live. That’s what real live music sounds like. Get over it!
my wish was to always see them live since I heard sleep walk, been a fan of Midge since his Slik days
Ultravox are always one of the best bands to see live....... perfect performances everytime
John Doe
Te doy mil gracias por subir este brillante concierto!!!!
no me canso de verlo!! se me hace corto...
Un saludo.
bellissimo concerto...grandiosi...li amo...
I like how they sneaked "spirit of the age" by hawkwind in there
best band ever... :)
1:28:36 "The Mighty Warren Cann" made me burst into tears. Well he is a pure gem.
It's great to see Warren singing lead vocals on The Thin Wall and Rage In Eden
Midge Ure - Live in Cologne 26 Oct 2018
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7DF8rNclM-8
Saw them in Sheffield and Manchester - would have died happy if meteor struck at the end of the show ! Quality-wise the only difference between the 80's and this was Midge's voice being more gravelly.
Keep jumping back and forth between Spotify and YouTube...with is best superior sound of vision?
It's peculiar how I prefer some of versions here to the originals made twenty years earlier. It does show how these musicians have continued to improve and have added small improvements to songs during the decades.
Shivers and tears of joy when that violin hits the stage
Saw this tour in Sheffield, an awesome gig.
Astrodyne still resonates in me like it did when I first heard it 39 years ago.
Super Concerto...dei veri professionisti...meravigliosi...bella la versione rivista di dancing whit tears in my eyes...bravissimi...
80s music at its best .
I do Lament, almost every day 🙏
I'm absolutly gladly that i've seen the original Ultravox on this tour live in Berlin in the Admiral's Palace. It was a great moment, ooohh i remember :-)
Please guys don't forget in Ultravox' history the very important part of John Foxx (for instance by the Ultravox album 'Systems of Romance' and his solo works 'Burning Car' and other great songs). They all together are the pioneers of the synthiepop wave in the 80s.
Mr X deffo sounds like a John Foxx track.
'Rage in Eden' is my all time fave UV album.
Jestem z tamtego pokolenia . Ultravox ukształtowało moje słuchanie muzyki . Dla mnie cudowni .
Fuck off with so many adverts
Brilliant band, midge is an awesome singer, can't help hearing Hawkwind though, Visions in blue sounds like Flight 105 by Robert Calvert
Swoon! This is epic!!!
Very good!!
grandiosi...
I've seen Midge twice now on his US tours. My God, he's good!! The only shock was, well, he had just about THE BEST ROCK STAR HAIR in the 80's!
They never played Loves Great Adventure... 😔
Lament .my upmost favourite song from ultravox a very haunting song even better live and reap the wild wind
Why was I not at this consert?
:(
// Sweden fan 4 ever….
Absolutely fantastic, has never been matched and never will be . Timeless and always relevant , aren't we the lucky ones to have such talent in our time
so many great songs
Midge Ure, my fave guitar. I play guitar, but I'm not like you, why?😩😥😢. Ultravox, the best band at the right moment. I do love you 😊. I love U.K. Bye...
This concert is incredible from start to finish, musically and vocally.
Midge Ure,Chris Cross,Warren Cann,Billy Currie. ULTRAVOX my Love Forever! One and Only!!!!!😉😉😉😉❤❤❤
TOTALLY AWESOME !!!!!!!!!!!
Time Machine! I’m still amazed how this can make me feel like I’m 15 again!
Brilliant,
...S O B E A U T I F U L L Y 8 0 ' S ! ! !
Oh my God!! Such a talent and resistance through the years. Absolutely briliant!!
I'm amazed by this band !
stoned...only
Midge is amazing. I am pretty sure the key he is singing is for the most part the orignal, 29 years on, amazing. The Ultarvox sound was/is brillant. I Loved whatching this and sad I never saw Ultravox in the day.
they still sound the same .good for them love this band. hope they make some new music for 2019.😉
Awesome
Ultravox are by far my favourite band of all time. I think at one point I had all their (Midge era) albums on vinyl, cassette, CD and download. I pretty much wore the tapes out but have the others. They managed to blend synthesizer with more traditional instruments which is why, in my opinion, the music hasn't really got old. I saw them a couple of years ago and they were just as brilliant live. I also love the John Foxx era stuff, equally brilliant but different.
I grew up on this music happy memories. These guys are the real deal.
Unfortunately you will not come to Israel. because all the trash coming here.for me you are no 1 in electronic music.i cant come to London because l am not allowed to leave Israel.due to order of court by bankruptcy. So I can only wach on YouTube. Maybe some day .so help me god
Cudowna grupa, dorastałem z nimi . Muzyki słuchałem różnej . Pamiętam bodaj był 1981 rok . Program trzeci Polskiego radia . Zostało puszczone parę kawałków New Romantic . Zakochałem się, mam to do dzisiaj . Może sentyment w dniu dzisiejszym . Mimo wszystko brakuje mi tych rytmów dzisiaj na co dzień .
Not sure why this wasn't suggested by youtube 6 years ago when it was put on here
but found it eventually. Soundtrack to my youth and still got the Vinyl to prove it.
What is more amazing about this is how close the sound is with a bunch of mac books running virtual synths.
Billie Currie wringing the neck out of a "Novation" Remote SL rather than an Arp
Playing everything else on a Yamaha Piano and CME UF80 midi controller and getting almost the same sounds!
Great Show - Thanks for your Music
Masters enough said 😁
Have to see the co
once a year, also reminding the concerts i have seen in the early 80ies, its a thrill when Billie grabs the viola! Everyone out there, watch it, this is how the big boys do it!
Was a stunning concert, the hairs on my neck!!! frigging superb
Looking for my old friend Craig Caldwell, use to live in LA, saw Ultravox at the Whisky in Hollywood on their their first US tour back in the late 70s (I think)
Saw this reunion at Hammersmith, and the original at the Birmingham Odeon around 1984. Happy memories.... such a great band.
Just awesome
Warren Cann, the human Drum Machine. The guy's incredible.
A river of wonderful memories...
Thank you....thank you....❤️
I just gotta say that version of The Thin Wall was spectacular.
number one.
beautiful big live concert like you die my friends :))
My great disappointment that I'll never see you here in Israel. The band I like most.
Whats with the 138 thumbs down? Someone must have accidently let them escape their Milk Duds box. Ah well.
I hated the whole 'New Romantic' thing back in the 80's. But now in this concert when the music is the focus, and not the silly clothes. I realise just how genius this band truly are.
Oh wow... This is amazing. I grew up on UV. I've just travelled through a +30 year time warp! Can't believe Midge can still sing like that, awesome stuff...
IMMORTALI.
Oh, I remember.....
Idid not know abaut this incredibile show i watching now i can not describe the athmosfere. I have loved and love this band, so decade, magic, amazing music, i wait for you in Italy
Wow has Midge Ure's voice held up well! So many memories.
I just miss the sound of heavy keyboards...
Man this is awesome! I had no clue it even existed. These boys have STILL got it. Totally love it when a band sounds like the studio album live. BC is a god of the keyboards. I just bought the DVD/CD version of this! Thanks for posting! Made my day.
Amazing, very.
10 years ago and i was there! i moved from Italy to London only for this concert. April 30th 2009 my birthday; a fantastic gift!
I was born in 1981 and I was too young to live the new wave and the new romantic hera; I believe that Ultravox and Japan (my favorite of all...) are two fundamental groups in Brit. music, on tiptoe they left essential tracks. Thanks.
One of the few live concerts better than the studio recording of the album/s. The drumming was more visceral, and the sound felt 'bigger' in the building. These guys got better with time.
Mr X !!!
Amazing!
As a kid i played Ultravox on vinal and grew up forgetting about them .
Now its 2019 i come across this and want to buy them all again .
Brilliant !
My fab band of the moment! I wear this almost every day: https://www.redbubble.com/people/adrienne75/works/37860211-midge-ure-ultravox-magazine-cover-retro-80s-rock?p=mens-graphic-t-shirt&rbs=
The 80’s synth melts faces 💪

Is like wine, old more better. This is arte. Greatest from Portugal

SWEDEN FAN 4 EVER
Ure sucks! Uncool to death
♥️♥️🌹🌹🌹
They sound fantastic!!!!
Li ho amati tantissimo in gioventù, vedo che anche in età avanzata non hanno perso lo smalto, sempre immensi.
Bravo Panowie, historia new romantic . Dorastałem z wami :). Co tu pisać, klasyka .
Ja w sumie też, ale to dzięki tacie. Jestem z 1997, ale Ultravox jest u mnie całe życie. Jeden z moich ulubionych zespołów! :)
Piękny koncert , panowie w świetnej formie , nr 1 gatunku new romantic
Never kwew that talk talk covered John Foxx ??!
Oh them days in Cold war germany ;)
Fenómenos! Cátedra de rokelectrónico 👏👏
