When I first listened to UFO, I always thought the vocals were the weak link.  But Phil definitely grows on you and after awhile you will learn to appreciate what a talented singer and songwriter that he really is.  His voice is definitely unique.

well i love his voice but this is horrible quality and it makes his voice sound weird. phil mogg is one of my favorite voices ever

@Riley Wallace: His vocals do sound better on the live album for this particular song. His voice is a bit raw and trebley here, but I think that's a production feature.

It is hard core rock but I swear as a guy says "school riff " very short open.,,reminds Zapa and Yes, Theme of refrain buffed to outstand Mother Mary should be explored more into the frame of the whole song.

Like Kirk a whole bunch of us had our heads backed when Michael hit the scene with UFO. I remember my first UFO show at Winterland. No one could take their eyes of this guy with the V between his legs and long flowing blond hair covering his face. Aside from the fact Michael was a total bad ass on guitar he had such a unique presence on the stage. The second UFO show at Winterland featured Michael with short hair and I couldn't take my eyes off his hands. To the point where Phil Mogg got my attention as if to say ... there's other people in the band mate ... LOL. I ground through several copies of Phenomenon and Force It attempting to learn every single riff. Some of the most lyrical rock guitar to date. Absolutely beautiful.
