Unpopular opinion but I was not satisfied with this performance. Sis is an amazing vocalist and it’s really hard to sing up to her level both tonally and technically. When people cover chandelier which is suck a powerful song it’s either a hit or miss. This is a miss for me. Listen to Jordan smith from the voice and compare to this and you’ll know what I’m talking about.

I still watch this performance by Trent Harmon over and over. He is quite a gift to music. His voice is flawless, beautiful and he has such a range. He also appears to be very humble. I wish him the best in his career, and I hope I will always be able to watch this video.

I've watched this more times than I can count. It felt so perfect to me that I'd never even listened to Sia sing it until tonight (also exquisite!). Wish he'd have switched to this type of genre or something because if he has the ability to do this, it leave people hungry for more. Not all the time, but ... man.

Trent was my favorite idol that season, but no one can top Sia with this song.

Why I haven't liked this video since 2016. I had been playing this for over a month then and downloaded the video just to keep the play button available when I want to.. One of the best versions of Sia's Chandelier.. 😊

I wonder if J Lo had it in her contract that the cameras had to focus on her and her reactions so many times a show. THIS is what turned me off and away from AI; it stopped being about the contestants and their performances, and became about the judges and who they were and how THEY reacted to the songs. And unfortunately, all the other singing competition shows have done the same thing.

I would listen to TRENT HARMON sing anything! Anywhere! Fell in love with his voice on American Idol - I knew when he could SANG his heart out with MONO that he could SANG anything - anywhere! He has what it takes!!
