Just heard this song by accident recently. It was on the airwaves all the time for two years straight in the late 90's then it just vanished from sight and mind for nearly 20 years, almost forgot it. Wow. What a great song.

I feel like that happened with the entire album, it and Day for Night. Also my fav albums of the discography along with Phantom Power, so maybe I'm little biased lol
