You can see where Joel is coming from musically on this album. Underground punk metal junkies listening to oldschool bullet belt raw heavy music like Sacrilege UK, early Sodom, even Bolt Thrower. The worst thing Joel did was to go from underground's number 1 to mainstream outsider, he seems to be back to the real game with this album.

Dude this album is mixed and mastered so well. So fucking tight. I just realized this and had to comment immediately on any random comment.

He's vocals sound so unique on this album....I like it!

It's that reverb he has throughout the album, it really gives it that 80's gated reverb sound. It's ok. Honestly it sounds like a plug-in. Seems like it's on each track vs busing / sidechaining.

This vocal is irritating was put into the back, like someone is yelling in a cave. Except this, the album is great!
