does anybody know how they do the edits where they like draw in the video like when they outline the bodies or the faces?

its obvious what they do but like what programs do they do i need to know how to make the same effect in my vid

literally any video editing software ever. grab the frames, put it into paint type program, and bam, youre done. To save time you can use an animation program athat does keyframing and load the video in there, so you can draw on all the frames in the same window
