Many people from around the globe enjoy a variety of music, and nothing wrong with that of course.

My point - or question - is why does a comment get thumbed up incrediby high when it simply consists of writing a line from a song followed by one's country of origin? Harmony and global unity aside, do you not find that this is celebrating mediocrity on an huge scale? It would be one thing if the comment was incisive, witty or informative.
