It was supposed to be released in Born This Way album but replaced with Black Jesus + Amen Fashion because it doesnt fit for the genre of the album but the messege tho! 😭

Al Alisoso This was created in May 30, 2013 with Dallas Austin so it couldn't have been made for the Born This Way album. It was intended for ARTPOP but it sounded very TLC so she wanted to give it to them. There's an interview of TLC speaking about it and a picture of Dallas Austin and Gaga in the studio.

she made this specifically for tlc they chose not 2 include it on their album so it remains unreleased it has no ties to born this way or artpop xxx

Jaime Germanotta Posh Life WAS intended for ARTPOP but because it was heavily influenced by TLC Gaga wanted to give the song to TLC. You can look up the interview where TLC talks about Posh Life and there's also a picture of Gaga with Dallas Austin in the studio months before ARTPOP released.
