That's like saying all songs called 'The Power of Love' are ripped off each other, or all songs with the name Baby somewhere in them are 'stolen'. I know Wilco's song, and neither song are nothing alike part from the title. And there are also a lot of songs that have a 'marching beat' to it - doesn't mean it's a White Stripe rip off either, musicly I could say White Stripes ripped off Son House. Music can be influenced by other music without it being 'copied'.
