Youtube is always full of ignorance and people are so quick to judge anything since they aren't doing anything with themselves nor have a video of their own. Obviously no has heard of Type O Negative which this has a number of elements from especially the vocals.

well considering that Type O and Tiamat kinda come from the same overall tradition of gothic/doom metal and draw from similar influences in metal and gothic rock it is hardly surprising that they sound similar. it doesnt do, however, to infer that this new tiamat song is actually taking from Type O. they developed in the same space musically speaking. that is all.
