This is NOT post-grunge. I don't understand why people think that any rock with heavy overtones automatically means it's post-grunge. There's 0 post grunge bands out there that sound like this.

It's Alternative/Indie/Hard at best.

I like groovy Thrice. i like bluesy Thrice. But this is the only song on the album I always skip.

You guys have just provided me with the intro song to my truther channel, you are the greatest band in existence in my honest opinion, it's no stretch of the imagination for me to state this as I've listened to you fellas non-stop every damn day since my neighbor gave me a copy of Identity Crisis so many years ago, you guys are incredible, seriously, thank you for your work, you have no idea how much hell your albums help me deal with, truly phenomenal.

Thrice has noted that they "cannot wait for the next chapter" and for whats "next and next" etc etc. They sort have been hinting this album is not the only thing that will come in the next year or so.

Maybe they pull a Radiohead (Kid A/Amnesiac) and release another album next year, and that this is just the beginning of a new full chapter for Thrice.

They have certainly been hinting at that.
