Nice, I saw Third Day in concert years ago. I never knew they did this song. It was a a good choice for a remake, one of my favorites by Cat Stevens.

Let's just let Cat Stevens cover this song, no ones gonna sing it or play it better than him. Not a bad version, I just gotta go Cat every time for this tune he puts so much soul in it.

Heard this Song on the Radio one Sunday Morning as I was going to work and it was Great!  Jesus Saves.

Brilliant rendition of a classic hymn -- even better than Cat Stevens'.

An original Christian hymn from 1913. ❤ This version is the best & much better then the deceived cat.

Stephanie Heaven this version is lovely, but referring to Cat as ‘deceived’ is myopic and unnecessary.

Thank you, Third Day, for restoring my love for this hymn. Old enough to remember singing it in church. Young enough to remember hearing the former Cat Stevens sing it on the radio. I remember thinking it would be a good fit for Third Day worship.

Great cut. I did no tknow that this full song was a hymm written by Elenaor Farjeon in 1931 from a traditional Gaelic Melody (from the album notes). This is the full lyrical version. It really pulled me out of a funk yesterday. God Bless. Sing Hallelujah!
