    I am your main man
    if you're looking for trouble
    I take no lip
    no ones tougher than me
I'd kick your face you'd soon be seeing double
Hey little girl, keep your hands off me

    I'm a rocker
    I'm a rocker
    I'm a roller too baby
    I'm a rocker

    Down at the juke joint
me and the boys were stompin'
    Bippin' an a boppin',
telling a dirty joke or two
    In walked this chick
and I knew she was up to something
And I kissed her right there
    out of the blue

    I said "Hey baby,
meet me I'm a tough guy"
    Got my cycle outside,
    you want to try?

    She just looked at me
    and rolled them big eyes
And said "Ooh I'd do anything for you '

    cause you're a rocker"

    That's right I'm a rocker
    I'm a roller too honey
    I'm a rocker

I love to rock and roll
I get my records at the Rock On store
    Rock and roll
Teddy boy, he's got them all

I love to rock and roll
I get my records and I Rock On stall
    Sweet rock and roll
Teddy boy, he's got them all

    I'm a rocker!

  17. Joseph Wearen

He didn't suffer fools gladly. A good bloke, messed up by various backgrounds. Enjoy and cherish his legacy. He turned the Irish rock scene inside out. Before Philo, there were Country and Irish watered-down versions of American country, Showbands. Look them up. Plus politically correct non-condom friendly laws both federal and religious.
Philo threatened all of that crap. Why? Because he had escaped Ireland.

  18. John Fitzgerald

Happy 72nd Birthday Eric , this is what you call a savage lead love it .

  97. João Paulo Macedo

    Fucking bass line!

  98. M.D. Jonas

Absolutely fucking KILLER in every way, shape, and form.

  99. Frank Pontone

Hilarious machismo lyrics.....Phil does an excellent portrayal here of a guy with the typical "wanna be tough guy" attitude. Not only are the lyrics hilarious but the guitar playing is brilliant. U2 can't hold a candle to Thin Lizzy when it comes to Irish Rock.

    Keith Smallwood

    Who the fuck is U2?

    LIBERTO ORWELL DURRUTI

"machismo lyrics"??? I. m sick of people like you. Political correctness killed rock. Lynnot was not a "wanna be" he was ready to breack a bottle in your pussy head. We had to live in shame becouse we are men. And yeah, this song it´s about men, loving rock, women ... And of course there´s gotta be some shitheads trying to fuck with you: Cops, nazis, gangs, or ... Politycal correct guys who don´t have the balls to fix any problem in the wordl. Except: Let´s make a prohibition to be "manly". Yeah, now we feel like we have maked the world a better place. Get out, of rock and roll!!!

    Chuck Ryan

@LIBERTO ORWELL DURRUTI How do you really feel?

    Mártan Ó Conghaile

Yeah, U2 suck. Thin Lizzy massively influential, especially Stateside. I saw (latest iteration) of Thin Lizzy as support for Metallica in 2009 in Marley Park....absolutely class (Alice in Chains support too). U2 commercially successful, but I don't think as influential.

    vincent rezende

Comparing Thin Lizzy to U2 is ridiculous!!
