I opened 9 tabs, and paused all of them at the beginning, then pressed play on the tabs one by one and now i cant breathe from laughing way too hard.

I forgot about this CD probably like 15 years ago, and the other day I randomly woke up with this exact song in my head. Couldn't remember anything about where the song came from, so I'm happy to have found it on Youtube! I had totally forgotten about the "No!" CD I had as a kid.

It was an extra on the Here Come the ABC's DVD.

I remeber when I was younger my parents would always play me TMBG. One time for my birthday a cousin gave me this album. We were listening in the car and we probably got a good fifteen minutes of this song before we realised it was on repeat. I feel so sorry for my poor parents

They're doing this thing out of pure silliness. I listened to it as a kid and I had no issues with it whatsoever. And it is a fact that this is more helpful to children than any educational TV show for kids, which is proven to cause more developmental issues than not watching them. :)

This sort of thing may superficially appear to adults as cute, clever, dandy for kids...but there is nothing to it. Nothing is placed into any helpful context. Simplistic to a fault. I bet a lot of kids' stuff errs in this way...parents beware.

Sad that such an entertainment for the very young should be so flip and pointless...no opportunity for making any valid, useful associations, but clearly pretending like heck to be educational. Kind of disturbing. TMBG is a nice pop band, but...EESH.
