Started following these cats in '86 when MR was released...18 years old.  Just turned 50 and they are still my all time fave.  Nobody does it better.  Seeing them in July for the 22nd time.  Never miss a chance to get TESLAFIED!!!  NO MACHINES>

Dave Rudd was a WORTHY replacement for Tommy... in fact it is my opinion that Rudd brings a whole lot more to the table than Tommy was capable of in his final days with the band. TESLA has been the most consistent inspiration throughout the years to me personally and it's a kick in the ass to see them defy the laws of ROCK BANDSHIP... and still be 80% original members and pumpin out the high caliber TOP FUEL jams that have made them who they are. J.K. is the best lyricist in ROCK ..ever.

I seen them when they were touring with Poison back in I think it was 87-88. When Tesla was done. Poison came on the stage. More then half the stadium kept chanting for Tesla to come out while Poison was playing. it was hilarious.

@metallicamastg I agree, bands are always better without are large mass of people following them, but I think Tesla should be a bit more popular than they are. I mean, the fact that bands like "The Jonas Brothers", or "Justin Beiber" have millions of fans, and no musical talent, but Tesla is amazing, and is just starting to be recognized now is a bit muddled

Telsa is as good as ANY band out there if not better, Have they ever done a bad album? Their not Prima Donna's like the others are. If you met them youd never know they were 'rockstars' every one of them are the coolest dudes in rock you'll ever meet...they sign every autograph, talk w the fans take pics and are just all around good people. Definately desrving of the RocknRoll hall of fame.
